By combining guided call flows, eligibility checks, and intelligent routing, SmartCaller gained a single system to capture caller details, assist with common queries, and escalate requests when human intervention is required.
This eliminated missed calls and inconsistent follow-ups by introducing priority-based escalation with retries and fallback paths. A centralized admin dashboard provided full visibility into call history, after-hours requests, and escalation outcomes, helping SmartCaller deliver faster responses, better accountability, and uninterrupted support across care facilities.
