After seven years of hosting sold-out retreats and teacher trainings worldwide, the founders set out to build an online hub where practitioners could access yoga, meditation, philosophy, and community anytime, anywhere. With over 400+ hours of content and a focus on authenticity, SoulTribe bridges the gap between in-person immersion and scalable digital reach.
SoulTribe, born from 7 years of sold-out retreats and teacher trainings, set out to recreate the immersive retreat experience online. The goal was simple yet ambitious: to make yoga, meditation, and philosophy accessible to practitioners anytime, anywhere.
We built a comprehensive digital ecosystem that combined live-streamed classes, on-demand libraries, structured 28-day programs, teacher trainings, philosophy talks, and interactive community spaces, all brought together into one seamless platform.
This wasn’t just another content library. By blending authentic retreat energy with scalable digital infrastructure, SoulTribe became a global hub for yogis looking for depth, connection, and flexibility.

The journey began with understanding SoulTribe’s mission: bringing years of retreat experiences into a single online platform. We carefully mapped out user flows for classes, programs, and communities to ensure the digital experience reflected the warmth and depth of in-person gatherings. Development was carried out in agile sprints, with major milestones such as integrating live and on-demand streaming for weekly classes alongside a 400+ hour library, building a structured course management system for 28-day programs and teacher trainings, and embedding community features that kept the “tribe” feeling alive online. A scalable infrastructure was also put in place to deliver smooth performance as content and users expanded globally.
After launch, we continued to refine the platform through performance tuning, new workshop features, and support for hybrid events, ensuring SoulTribe could sustain its growth while extending its reach to a global audience.
