Along the booking module, the client was looking to revamp the whole website's modern and UX/UI-friendly design. The older site was more of a placeholder rather than an impact and inviting to users.

Starting from working with Rutherford’s team, we established a brand guide and creative guide. Our design team carefully provided wireframes and working dynamic mockups on Figma and Zeplin so we had clear direction and approvals from clients.

We made sure the booking management is not very rigid to what a person can book from the website. With our dynamic back-end solution, a user can mix and match multiple types for other packages.

Our Challenges

Challenges - 1

In total there were 14 unique punting services provided, and each of them should not collide with another service booking. The backend needs to be precise in terms there is no overlap in booking over existing booking.

Challenges - 2

Migrating from the legacy system to Eminence built had to be done very carefully so that no loss of historical data in migration. As it was legacy code, the developers needed extra time to understand the code ground up before implementing the newly built system.

Challenges - 3

Website revamps extremely user persona and experience identification. The research was going to be a top priority rather than implementation. UX has to be a priority and UI will follow UX logic.
