Developing a Compliance-Ready Rental Platform

Our journey with Credit Proof began by conducting detailed discovery workshops with property managers and tenant groups. We mapped landlord workflows, consent requirements, payment tracking needs, and evaluated third-party APIs for KYC, payments, and credit bureau integrations. Once the foundation was clear, our design team built responsive prototypes and dashboards that simplified complex data into intuitive user flows.

Development moved in agile sprints, focused on creating the property and tenant manager, building the consent hub, and integrating automated payment recognition. Each workflow was stress-tested to ensure compliance with financial regulations and to ensure smooth performance across various devices and user roles.

After launch, we enabled rent reporting with selected bureau partners and provided training to landlords and tenants. Post-launch, our support covered system optimization, security audits, and feature expansion. The tech stack included React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, payment gateways, KYC APIs, AWS cloud services, and GitHub for CI/CD.
