Landlords can check the credit score of the tenants provided by Equifax. This can help the landlords to rent their property to the reliable tenants and reduce any issues that can arise in the future.
Dispute Mechanism
Tenants can raise the dispute about rent records. They can upload a legal proof/document in this case. The same can be done by the landlord to counter the dispute.
Update & Check Rent History
Landlords can update the rent record and can also check the rent history. On the other side, tenants can check the updated rent record. He can raise an issue, if finds anything inappropriate.
